COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This full-day  8 hour EPA Certified Renovator Initial course is designed for maintenance technicians, service personnel, renovators, remodelers, painters, and any other workers impacting, removing or modifying painted surfaces in housing, schools, child care centers and in child-occupied facilities or where the residents include a pregnant woman built before 1978. Students will learn how to work safely with lead-based paint, and how to perform lead-safe work practices safely and effectively during renovation, repair and painting projects. Upon the successful completion of the class a Certified Renovator will be in compliance with the RRP Rule from the EPA which goes into affect April of 2010.

Maximum class size: 25; minimum class size: 6 (10 for us to come to you)
Course registration fee:  $180.00 10% discount for 4 or more registering at the same time.

Payment required seven days prior to the date on which the class is scheduled.

Sign-in at 7:45 a.m. on first day. The class starts promptly at 8 a.m. and ends at 5, allowing an hour for lunch.

The course approved by the EPA. Course is accepted nationwide.
