Project Description: In February 2009, NCHH received a grant from the California Endowment to:
- Publish city-specific healthy housing data to drive policy action and increase visibility for local advocacy.
- Link with statewide housing coalitions, groups to address multidisciplinary issues affecting housing and health.
- Explore opportunities for hosting legislative educational briefing in Sacramento with RAMP, NLRC, PolicyLink, and other advocates.
- Increase awareness among policymakers and key stakeholders of housing related health hazards through dissemination of the profiles/report.
