2) Begin a Dialogue with Health Insurers, Major Employers, and CMS
3) Approach the Congressional Black, Asian Pacific Islanders and Hispanic Caucuses

Federal Regulatory/Administrative:
1) Add a Healthy Housing Inspection Requirement OR Incentive to Federally-Backed Mortgages
2) Seek HUD Regulatory/Policy Change on Homes It Resells “As Is” By Requiring a HH Inspection or At Least Disclosure of HH Hazards
3) Expand Recent Efforts to “Green” HUD-Owned and Assisted Housing into Healthy Housing

Federal Legislative:
1) Work Collectively to Pass Senator Jack Reed’s Two Healthy Housing Bills
2) Advocate for Sustainable Funding/Appropriations of Current Healthy Housing Programs
3) Support the “Community Building Code Administration Grant Act of 2008”
